Welcome to my website, and my first blog. I love to crochet and I love to craft, so I hope to have many happy experiences with this. 
     
      I started crocheting when I was a teenager, my Mom taught me the basics, and I haven't stopped since.  I find it relaxing, when the pattern is easy and everything just comes together real quick.

      Then there are times when I want a good challenge, like finding a really beautiful pattern, and deciding I'm going to make it no matter how long it takes.  Sometimes I have to take it all out and start over, unraveling again until I finally figure it out!!   I'm not an expert crocheter, but when I put my mind to it, I can get it done. The only thing that has stopped me so far is Irish crochet, and Hairpin crochet.  Maybe one of these days, I'll give them a try.
